I trained competitively for years before going fully plant-based — and it took my health to another level. But this isn't about preaching a diet. It's about building a stronger, healthier you, whatever your lifestyle.

I'm Joe, based in Southside Glasgow. I've been boxing and training since I was 14, and after years of competing I made the switch to a fully plant-based lifestyle. Today I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Nutrition coach (Bodycore), qualified in Strength & Conditioning through Enhanced Sports Performance — turning a lifelong passion into a career.

My approach is simple: help you reach your goals — physically and mentally — whatever your lifestyle. Plant-based or not, I'll meet you where you are and build training and nutrition around your life.

The things most people ask before they get started.

Do I need to be vegan or plant-based to train with you?

Not at all. Plenty of my clients aren't plant-based — your training and nutrition are built around your diet, whether that's plant-based, omnivore or anywhere in between. The plant bit is my story, not a requirement.

I've never boxed or trained before — will I keep up?

Yes. Most people walk in nervous, and every session is scaled to your level. No experience needed — I'll coach you through proper technique from day one, at your pace.

Where do sessions happen?

In-person training happens around Southside Glasgow, including outdoor group sessions. Not local? Online coaching works anywhere — custom app workouts, nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins.

How much does it cost?

It's all on the page — group classes are £12 with your first one free, online programming starts at £55 a month, and 1:1 training is £40 a session (£160 for a block of four). No lock-ins, no hidden fees, and a free chat before you commit to anything.
